To start things off, here is a conversation between Violet and a customer who had a difficult time finding the L$60 Weekend offerings.1Blind Mouse: hi, can;t locate your 60L weekend stuff?
You: Hi, did you find our 60L Weekend items?
1Blind Mouse: oh, yeah..but they were not marked for 60L
You: You must not have been in the right spot.
1Blind Mouse: i had to go all over your store to find them
You: When you land, there is a teleporter on the ground.
1Blind Mouse: and i am not happy about that
1Blind Mouse: so i didn't purchase them
You: Click the teleporter and it will take you directly to the products.
1Blind Mouse i see
You: Which items were you trying to buy?
1Blind Mouse: i was just looking
1Blind Mouse: but decided when it was so difficult to find the 60L stuff, that i
wouldn't buy them
1Blind Mouse: the teleport is not clearly marked as a teleport, and i wan't mousing
over anything
1Blind Mouse there was a sign, 60L sale in progress
You: I sure hope others are not having the same problem. I have hover
text above the teleporter that reads "Touch to Select Destination".
1Blind Mouse: but it hadn't rezzed
1Blind Mouse: it had not rezzed
You: Ah, maybe that is the key. When you land, you need to let items rez
before you search for things.
1Blind Mouse: shouldn't have to
1Blind Mouse: seriously
1Blind Mouse: even the unrezzed footprints are clear enough to follow
1Blind Mouse: no one should have to wait - the list is long
You: Do you have a suggestion to fix the issue you are having?
1Blind Mouse: maybe place your items closer to your TP spot
1Blind Mouse: just a thought
1Blind Mouse: make it less like a hunt, since it isn't
1Blind Mouse: you have your hunt tracks out
You: If people don't read the teleporter text, which is clearly visible,
I doubt they will find the items no matter where I put them.
You: I am sorry for your troubles.
